Whether you’re tuning multiple bikes or unlocking additional features on your existing Power Vision device, having the right tune license is essential.

There are three option for licensing for Dynojet Power Vision PV-1B, PV-2B or PV-3B for Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Power Vision Tune License
The Power Vision Tune License is the most popular option, offering flexibility for tuning multiple motorcycles with a single Power Vision device. This license allows users to add an unlimited number of motorcycles to their Power Vision PV-1B, PV-2B, or PV-3B. Each additional motorcycle requires its own Tune License, which can be applied to any compatible Power Vision device as long as the Tune License file is available. The license is not device-specific, meaning it can be transferred between supported Power Vision models.
Motorcycles already married to a Power Vision retain full tuning capabilities. Once a Tune License is applied, the Power Vision automatically detects the vehicle when plugged in. To generate a Tune License, users must provide a vehicle ECM read and the DiagnosticsHistory.txt file from the Power Vision device connected to the motorcycle.

Power Vision Dual Tune License
The Power Vision Dual Tune License allows users to tune a second Harley-Davidson motorcycle with a single Power Vision PV-1B, PV-2B, or PV-3B. This option is typically selected at the time of purchase, enabling seamless tuning for two bikes without requiring vehicle-specific information.
Unlike the standard Tune License, the Dual Tune License does not require an ECM read or additional files. Users can plug in the Power Vision device and flash both motorcycles instantly, making it a convenient choice for those with multiple bikes. However, only one Dual Tune License can be applied per Power Vision device.

Power Vision Unlock License
Wipes the unit clean and removes all data currently on the Power Vision. Once completed, it will allow the Power Vision to be paired with one new motorcycle. Any motorcycle(s) currently married to your Power Vision will lose all prior tuning capabilities. The Unlock License is device specific, you cannot apply a Power Vision unlock license to a different Power Vision device. To purchase from Fuel Moto CLICK HERE.
NOTE: YOU CAN USE A LICENSE WITH ANY PV-1B, PV-2B, or PV-3B DEVICE ON ANY YEAR BIKE THAT IS SUPPORTED. ALL YOU NEED IS THE CORRECT 4-PIN, 6-PIN, or Euro5/OBD CABLE FOR YOUR APPLICATION. CABLES CAN PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
Firstly, you want to do when you need a new license is to make sure your Power Vision PV-1 or PV-2 device us up to date. To do so you will start by downloading the Dynojet WinPV software here. Once downloaded you will connect your Power Vision via USB. Open the PV Update Client from your computer. Run each of the necessary updates for Software, Firmware, and Tune Database. NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE WINPV SOFTWARE OPEN AT THE SAME TIME.
Once your Power Vision is fully updated you are ready for a new license. You can now proceed to the Fuel Moto Tune License page and follow the individual instructions.
